aBOUT ME
I was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. When I moved to the United States in 2015, I was able to play 3 years of college soccer. In 2022, I went through an ACL and meniscus reconstruction. Going through the rehabilitation process opened my eyes to the mental and physical challenges athletes/patients experience during these orthopedic-related injuries. After recovering from my ACL surgery I decided to keep expanding my knowledge on the whole kinetic chain and the different effects it might have in several injuries. With 3 years working as a physical therapist aid, I was able to work with an outstanding knowledgeable physical therapist who has helped me expand my knowledge in rehabilitation. In 2022, I have decided to pursue helping athletes get stronger and recover from impactful injuries faster and safer.
I was fortunate enough to have worked with local high schools like Trabuco Hills High School as a strength and conditioning coach. After a season, I was able to have an opportunity to work at Mater Dei High School as the Injury Prevention Coach for the women’s soccer team. My goal was to get through a successful season without injuries.
My goal is to share my knowledge to every athlete I work with so they are able to excel in their sport without limitations. As a strength and conditioning coach with a speciality in injury prevention and body-mechanics, my goal to provide the best exercise program by making sure every exercise is performed with proper biomechanics. I also emphasize every athlete/client to perform movements that help them increase strength in their daily activity or sport.
